Rakesh Gupta is a Mumbai-based Salesforce MVP and Salesforce Consultant, author of Mastering Salesforce CRM Administration (2017), a computing guidebook. One of the Visual Workflow and Process Builder experts from the industry, he has a large experience in many aspects of his field. He currently holds 9 certifications in Salesforce, offering online as well as corporate training for various Salesforce certifications.

Rakesh Gupta is from Katihar, Bihar, and lives in Mumbai, India. He is a graduate of SRM University, Chennai, with a degree in information technology.

He is a three-time Salesforce MVP, evangelist, Salesforce trainer, blogger, and is working as a Salesforce solution architect. He has been working on the platform of for 6+ years and works on all its aspects, having become an expert in data migration, process automation, configuration, customization, and integration.

Rakesh Gupta is the leader of the Navi Mumbai and Nashik Salesforce developer user groups in India.

He is best known as an automation champion in the Salesforce ecosystem, as he has written over 100+ articles on Visual Workflow and Process Builder, being the initiator of a biweekly online webinar, Automation Hour (

He is also the technical reviewer of Learning Application Development and Mastering Application Development with by Packt Publishing.

He previously worked at iGate Computer System Ltd (now a part of Capgemini).

To date, he has trained more than 700 individual professionals around the globe and conducted corporate training. He trained more than 450 people in courses such as ADM 201, ADM 301, App Builder, DEV 401, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, and Service cloud consultant.
